When you overnight or submit your items to Get Gold Cash you agree that you are of legal age (18 years old in the U.S.) and are a legal citizen. A representative of TGSG, LLC might, but is not obligated, to contact you to furnish proof of such information, such as a driver's license or State Identification card. You also agree that the items you send to us are of your own personal property, are not stolen or borrowed and you are not acting as a third party or third party agent for the sale of items which legally belong to another person or estate. TGSG, LLC fully complies with all local, State and Federal laws regarding the reporting of precious metals and jewelry transactions.

If you contact TGSG, LLC for a verbal or email offer on the cash value of your contents, we will make an offer, pursuant to the receipt of such contents in our offices for visual inspection. The final offer may be higher OR lower, depending on our visual inspection. If you accept our offer after visual inspection in our offices, we can send you your check payment within 24 hours. If you do not accept our offer, your items will be returned to you via USPS First Class Mail.

The TGSG, LLC limitation of liability extends to all contents received in our offices by you shipped to us in our Recycle Pack. The limitation of liability extends to you, your successors, carrier insurance companies and third party shipping carriers. If you feel your items are worth over $100.00 as defined by the scrap weight value of the items, please use insured shipping. If the contents of your package are lost or stolen in transit, our liability will extend to the following:

• The value of $100.00 USD or the current market liquidation value of your items, whichever is less, as defined by the half the value of the items as defined by the scrap weight of the items. Claims must be made to our offices via phone call, email or fax within 30 days after your Recycle Mail Pack (Mail Pack) is sent from our offices. If you claim your Mail Pack is lost in the mail, we reserve the right to investigate your claim for up to 30 days from your initial claim date.

In absolutely no event will TGSG, LLC be held liable for any loss of profit, loss of time, punitive damage or otherwise except as described in our Terms of Service. This Terms of Service will be binding when your contents are shipped to us in our Recycle Mail Pack.

When you send us your items, please make sure to verify to the best of your ability whether your items contain any precious metals. If you send us items and some of these items are not precious metals, such as costume jewelry, gold fill or gold plated items, we can not guarantee these items will be returned to you. Please include a note with your Customer Information form indicating if you would like any non-precious metals items returned to you.

When you sell your precious metals items to us, we retain the option to pay for your items based on market pricing conditions and market volatility. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your check payment on receipt, please call our offices to have your items returned. Your call must be received by one of our customer service representatives with 15 days of the date on your check. We will also require that you mail the check back to us within 15 days as well. Your items will be returned either USPS or via Federal Express. We will not be held liable for items not received by you once your items are mailed back from our offices to your address on record via USPS or Federal Express.

If you sell your items to us during one of our Roadshow Buying Events, we guarantee your merchandise for 3 business days from the date of sale to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us at 1-215-909-4653 or via email at Customer Service to arrange the return shipment of your items at no cost to you. You must make your request within 3 days of the date of your check or receipt. We'll return your items to you with no questions asked. Please note: we are required by the certain States and local jurisdictions to hold items up to 30 days for the purpose of clearing any merchandise that may have been reported stolen with a jurisdiction.
